workplace safety rules as detailed within the
Health & Safety Policy, and to promote high

Employees of
are required under The Health and Safety at Work
etc Act 1974, so far as is reasonably practicable,
to co-operate with their employer in complying
with health and safety statutory requirements
and duties. In particular, they are to make sure
that they do not place themselves or others at
risk through their activities at work. Employees
must report to their employer, so far as is reasonably
practicable, any hazard or risk, actual or potential,
that they become aware of. It is also a requirement
that all employees know, understand and comply
with the health and safety instructions and arrangements
brought to their attention by the Company, its
management and its supervisors. Contractors and
visitors are required to co-operate with the Company
regarding health and safety. This is achieved
through compliance with the Company’s ‘Health
and Safety Policy and Arrangements’ - which
will be brought to their attention - as well as
through compliance with other relevant statutory
health and safety provisions.
