Independent Communication Solutions was founded in 1997 and, in the UK, is a provider of command, control and communication services to companies operating in the fibre optic, communications, CCTV/security and intelligent building market places.  Expertise covers short, medium and long haul fibre optic networks, analogue and digital video, audio and data communications and integrated traditional and IP based CCTV command, control and communication systems.

Our primary business is the provision of complete ‘turnkey’ solutions to command, control and communication requirements including civil works and cable installation if these are required.  However, we have also developed a ‘Skills Add’ programme whereby we provide only the skills and services which our customers do not have ‘in house’.  In this way project costs are minimised and maximum use is made of our customers existing resources.

We typically undertake contracts for project main contractors or system sub-contractors, only occasionally working directly for the end user.
